1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of P1 Travel, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of P1 Travel as final and binding as they relate to the content.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow P1 Travel to film and create content with and about the winner during the event experience. This may include but is not limited to, interviews, event footage, and other promotional material. The winner acknowledges that all such content will be the sole property of P1 Travel and may be used for promotional purposes across various media platforms without further compensation.
3. Giveaway period
Entries will be accepted online starting from 16 October 2024 and ending on 23 October 2024. All online entries must be received by 23 October 2024, 11:59 PM CEST.
4. How to enter
The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this giveaway’s website page. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete or inaccurate entries, or those that do not adhere to the rules or specifications, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of P1 Travel.
You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of P1 Travel.
5. Prizes
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to their selected dream event (as specified in the entry form). Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award.
The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by P1 Travel. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at P1 Travel’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of P1 Travel.
The winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the giveaway with within five (5) days following the winner selection. P1 Travel shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all local laws and regulations.
7. Terms & conditions
P1 Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond P1 Travel’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, P1 Travel may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by P1 Travel. P1 Travel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
P1 Travel has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, or scripts, or other technical means for entering.
8. Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless P1 Travel and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
9. Privacy policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy policy stated on the P1 Travel website.
